Older people separate too. And the risk of dying is then also significantly increased... strange argument

Well, to be honest: at 19, one is a) usually still in the (self-)discovery phase and b) still in the courting phase – not just in the job. Hormones are still familiar, even in the 3rd millennium; age: when young, they are dynamic and undemanding, as they get older, they become more sluggish and want to rest.

Rarely have I read such a philosophical paraphrase for "other fathers also have beautiful daughters."

Death = term life insurance

Older people = initially stay together because children are there and it's more comfortable

Young people at 19 = Except for the OP, I don’t know anyone who wants to build. And as already described, another 20-year-old comes along with a cool ride and you realize WOW the money always goes into the house but actually I wanted to go on vacation or party

I don’t need a, as you call it, cool ride for my commute. I am completely satisfied with my small car. And partying was never my thing. I’d rather sit on the sofa in the evening with a book or do a bit of sports.

And actually this was about the house and whether the ideas about paying it off fit. Instead, everyone here is hanging up on my age.

In this forum, there are nothing but people who like to give unsolicited, more or (in most cases) less wise life advice. No one should listen to that.
