Alternatively, that the provider also looks for a plot for me!

Both turnkey and solid house builders are happy to offer that. What type of construction do you want for your house and above all: where should the plot be located? Essen is not exactly an inexpensive area when it comes to plots; at least not the southern part of Essen.

If my memory serves me right, you once mentioned an amount of TEUR 300. That is not enough for either type of construction including the plot and ancillary building costs.
