And what kind. Modest like the neighboring buildings, haha.

Well, the planned pool is already twice as big as a tiny house.

I took a look at it. The batch of new buildings there is really impressive. Both negatively and positively. I also find the neighboring house No. 36 impressive. Not my price range.

Regarding the question: I don't recognize every bush as an oak and some can certainly be cut down if necessary. There is still space anyway.
But the leaves, which do not compost but must be collected, and the flying fruits can become annoying eventually.
I immediately thought of , who had to build a triangular house around an oak.
I hope everything remains affordable for Eich. The location seems to be fantastic overall.

The situation is fantastic. If you disregard the constant traffic jams towards Potsdam and from Potsdam because the access roads are not made for the amount of new buildings. I have to drive through that area every week.

I would have no concerns about the oaks. If they are too massive, you can inquire at the nature conservation office whether pruning the branches to a reasonable extent would be approved. In my father's case, the office even covered 90% of the costs for a similarly huge and old ash tree. However, there was also a danger that branches could fall onto the sidewalk and hit pedestrians. Nevertheless, pruning is often more feasible than cutting down.

I also have a tree protection ordinance here. A few years ago, I felled a linden tree without a felling permit.

Since this constitutes an administrative offense, it was sanctioned with a fine of 168 euros. We paid that, and that was the end of the matter.

The problem is, the trees grow to the sky, no one cuts down trees anymore whether sick or healthy. With every storm event, there are problems, trees fall down. Here in the countryside, we now have 40-meter-high poplars, huge oaks and beeches that no one wants to fell anymore because they are way too big. From March to September, you are not allowed to prune or fell anything. That can only be done in winter in bad weather.

The bureaucracy paralyzes everything here. You can’t save every tree, can’t let every branch grow just because a few green fanatics want it.

I was actually referring more to the golf area in the east, or what is that green area? Remisenpark and such, when I look on Maps. I also saw a daycare center. But it is quite a large settlement 2.0 as well.

That is a park, a little further on is the Volkspark with the biosphere. And all around you are right in nature, with lakes, the Havel…
