Hello dear forum,
currently the international Saarmesse is taking place in Saarbrücken. Since we are starting our construction for the first time in March 2015, we do not live far from Saarbrücken, and I get free tickets for this event every year, we thought despite the wonderful weather, we would visit the cozy warm halls at the fairground in Saarbrücken.
Starting in the "last" hall (food hall), there were also 2 kitchen exhibitors. On the one hand the company Möbel-Müller from Dillingen, on the other hand Plana-Küchen, which to my knowledge is represented nationwide in Germany.
Well, nevertheless, we were approached by both companies while passing the stands, after which we sat for almost an hour at Möbel-Müller, and made an appointment with Plana Küchen for next Saturday.
The lady from Möbel-Müller said that we could choose a kitchen with the highest equipment for a trade fair meter price of 994 EUR. Regardless of whether the cabinet is low or high, whether "apothecary" or pull-out cabinets etc., the full range for 994 EUR per meter.
The contract that you would then conclude would be a "fixed price contract", valid for 2 years, and you could basically choose whatever you want....
Now my question is, does it make sense to conclude such a contract, has anyone ever bought a kitchen at such a consumer fair, how do you see the matter...
I would be happy to receive plenty of answers.
Maybe someone also has ideas where I can best plan my kitchen?!
Regards and thanks Martin
