You probably also don't know yet how enthusiastic your electrician would be about installing foreign things, maybe he won't do it at all.

that is where the problem will lie.
You just have to have a master electrician who accepts that.
I have drilled and installed hundreds of empty boxes, mounted lots of sockets and switches. Chiseled 4,500 meters of slots.
My electrician mostly only installed and connected the fuse box. I saved a lot of money because of that. That quickly amounts to tens of thousands.
