Buy a condominium with a partner

I ask quite neutrally: What speaks in favor of buying exactly this apartment? What speaks against it? I don't see it as rosy as some do, quite the opposite. 4.4k per sqm is not exactly cheap for Karlsruhe either. 100% financing + short fixed interest period. Separation scenario examined?

well, depends on where in Karlsruhe, and a new building!

I don't think the price of the new building should be compared with existing properties.

if it is in a central location, then the prices are rather around 5-6k per sqm
