Yes, 375 k purchase price + additional costs (without broker) It is a KFW 55 house, the repayment subsidy goes into the special equipment, which is already upscale anyway. No, we have no loans or other payment obligations. Vacations and purchases are covered by the 14.5 salaries each. Distribution is almost exactly 1:1. Children are planned in at the earliest 5-8 years.

At the rate you are aiming for, you will not be much higher than with rent. In Karlsruhe, the initial rental prices are around 11€, in the upscale segment rather 14-15€.

So you mean there is nothing against it? We have saved the equity in about 2 years... we are unsure whether the 10% equity is enough (for the bank it is, but for us, for peace of mind, it's the question).

Can be done, but with more than one child the place becomes too cramped. Early selling could end in a loss-making deal, as a lot of money is sunk into incidental purchase costs and prepayment penalties. Are you sure you can and want to live there for at least 10 years?

What cold rent could be demanded for the apartment?
