Yosan, you are of Turkish origin, right? That means family always helps out, who can say that? We Serbs do the same. But we are not a standard case.

We are 20 minutes by car from Hamburg and paid a bit more. In return, there’s an excessive amount of frills included. For example, the attic was finished right away... The other houses here (same construction company) are about ~330k including painting, kitchen, flooring, simple paving of the driveway/terrace. There was no Fördermittel. But the plots of land are tiny.

10 minutes away from us, the exact same house is now being built on an even smaller plot, and the selling price was increased by 100k.

How do you come to think that I am of Turkish descent? In my family there is actually nothing Turkish at all and the family does not help out either. Yes... now when laying the floors and putting paint on the walls, siblings and friends will certainly lend a hand a bit, but that is probably the case for most people

Ing-Diba is relatively painless with repayments. 1% or a 50-year term are no problem.

1% repayment? Are there really still banks nowadays that allow such a thing (apart from the absurd term)?

As far as I know, you have to commit to 2% at ING, but you can directly reduce it in the context of the repayment rate change.
