Is there no plot left in WA 5?

Finally a real bungalow plot here, and Escroda advises a two-story building ops:

IMHO not a good idea - complicated and against the will of the city planners. I think an architect will talk you out of this idea. Is there no longer any plot available in WA 5?

Yes, I also think that would be a rather difficult path. I would prefer a clear rejection of the idea rather than not trying at all. I like the gallery idea because this plot is completely open on one side towards a vast field, and so you would have, in my opinion, a great view, even if there could only be a work corner/office there.

Unfortunately not, all properties are gone immediately. I'm glad that after almost 4 years of waiting I could get something at all.

But then you must not stand, otherwise you will only look at the intersection of wall and ceiling when you stand on your gallery.

Is there a conveniently usable slope available by chance?
