Sorry, I misunderstood you. I thought you meant only 1 architect planning, although you generally had spoken of an architect planning. Yes, of course nothing here can be done with the standard 0815 off-the-shelf design, and we were certainly aware of that.

But here we also have three good construction companies with planning (in-house architects) who also plan and build individually.
