Hello, is it necessary to additionally weld bitumen sheets onto the base slab afterwards despite WU concrete to keep all moisture away? Thank you

Hello,

very short answer: Yes!

WU stands for water-impermeable, but this does not mean that no water/moisture can penetrate; it is even permissible for water to penetrate up to 50 mm. In addition, this concrete is not vapor diffusion proof.
