Building the return of rural exodus back to the home city or countryside land plot

thank you very, very much for all the additional responses. We were now over Easter in our hometown and also at our property. And when I see how nature is awakening there, there is simply the huge desire to build there. Especially since I am a big family person and long infinitely for a family celebration in our own house (Easter celebration took place at my parents' house). Especially the replacement one-room apartment in Ffm meets with open ears from me...
