Being aggressive was not my intention. I didn’t perceive it that way either - no worries! However, I think one definitely has to say clearly that the floor plan is atrocious and one should start again with the basic ideas (what do I want). Otherwise our dear rrrrockon will be all the more annoyed later that he was not clearly made aware of the problems. It seems to me that in the floor plan there was an attempt to integrate many things that one has seen in new residential areas here. But the basic dimensions of the house don’t allow for that. One question: What does the surrounding area of the house look like? Why is there not a single window on the right? Is this going to be a semi-detached house? Exactly! Then if I were you, I would check the floor plans of other semi-detached houses! You have 8 meters house width and 10 meters length! Most terraced houses have more sensible floor plans than this one. Also, your "courtyard of light" would look really strange pressed up right next to the neighbor! We have already seen the exterior view as a drawing and it really looked great! As I said, hundreds of little things that overall don’t fit and follow no concept. On the one hand the house is supposed to be an architectural wonder with a gallery, huge bathroom, balcony, etc. On the other hand very functional with storage under the stairs, etc. That doesn’t fit together! Back to square one! Can’t those be combined – not run-of-the-mill and YET functional!?

I would try to take a look at a gallery solution of similar size beforehand.

We did that in a prefab house center - that's where we "stole" the idea from :-)!

Hi,

definitely, I would try to get rid of all the nooks and crannies in your floor plan. Not only does it look unattractive, but it is also impractical and expensive. Always create nice, clear lines. Otherwise, it looks as if you want to improve the floor plan of an existing building. There should be no makeshift solutions in new construction.

Regards
