Slow down, read my post again carefully, it starts with a question!!! Is it the "extension" that is visible in the photo in your first post?

If yes, then it is not an extension, at least not one that would have required approval in 1931, hence it is not included in your documents. That was a spontaneous decision during the construction phase, when it still had to be clarified how the stairs to the door would be realized during execution.
