Hi everyone,
we are planning to build a city villa with a clinker facade and have already submitted our building application, but have not yet received approval. In the meantime, unfortunately, we only realized after submitting the building application that we would like to accentuate the corners of the house with "Lisenen." See the attached picture.
According to pictures on the internet, these protrude about 2-4 cm from the facade.
Our question now is whether this can still be done retroactively on the house with the original building permit or if a new building application is required? The house currently has a distance of 3.02m to one neighboring boundary and is 2 cm away from the boundary of the building window at another border. That means, if you want to implement this facade design, the house might need to be shifted about 2-4 cm in the other direction.
What is your assessment of this?
Best regards,
Samson
