Building permit cost

I am currently trying to calculate the costs for our building application, as this is an item that will not be covered by our developer.

I just read on the internet that it apparently concerns the enclosed space, so cubic meters, and according to the shell construction price?

Does anyone have a calculation basis for NRW?

So, our house is about 13 meters long and 10.4 meters wide and about 6 meters high as it has 1 1/2 stories. That means 13 x 10.4 x 6 = 836

these 836 x 101 Lt NRW regulation = 84452 (shell construction costs) / 1000 = 85 x 6 = 510 euros for the building permit?

And how are the costs for the application calculated, I thought that was a done deal?

Just reading that the costs for a building application are included in the price. Did I calculate the permit correctly?

that’s about right. For special constructions, it goes up to €15 per thousand. By the way, you can find the cubature of your house in your building application. The building permit fees vary greatly by region; here in the Hunsrück, €70 are enough, 100 km further south in Hesse it can already be €1000.
If the architect fees for preparing the building application are included in your house price, that is pleasing; usually, the application by an authorized submitter costs a few thousand, depending on the scope.
