probably talking past each other. I was a bit worked up yesterday too – sorry. I was able to clarify everything for now today. Families with children are currently being squeezed on all fronts. Rents are rising, building has become much more difficult for many without housing allowance than two years ago, food and leisure are getting more expensive, refueling etc. has also become more expensive. Unfortunately, this affects quality of life and our prosperity. I don’t want to impose 13€/m2 rent on anyone, just to stay with the example. But I fear it will go in that direction. Then the state can rain helicopter money again, but that only buys it the next few years again. That was the starting point and there was no more information. That’s why it’s always so bad to just throw numbers out there. Your now much more precise numbers in also talk about 8.70 euros/sqm again and not 13.00 euros. And that’s exactly why I reacted at all, because numbers are quickly thrown back and forth. But thanks ;).
