Or you know someone who knows someone. Then the rural area might no longer be considered a rural area. This is not uncommon in smaller towns around here.

You could at most try to submit an application for a change of the land use plan. I also built in the outer area and that would have been our plan A... which can certainly take a lot of time.

No idea. I don't know the property. For me, it would have been "a rounding off of the townscape"...
