Hello, my girlfriend (23) and I (25) would like to build a small house and I am calculating and considering whether we can manage financially. We have already looked at a few model houses and next week I have an appointment at Town & Country because we like the Flair 110 house and I want to know more about it. The turnkey house according to the homepage is 114,000; let’s say one or two small changes, so maybe we are at 120,000. I found a plot of land for 25,000, it is 820 sqm fully developed, the building permit inquiry has already been submitted and approved positively. Here and there are some additional costs so that with the land and the turnkey house with own work we are at a maximum of 160,000. I have a building savings contract ready for allocation with 15,000 euros and about 15,000 euros of own capital, so I would have to finance about 130,000 euros. I would want to pay 500 euros per month for that, 250 from me, 250 from my girlfriend. Does that roughly work or am I completely miscalculating? Thanks for your answers.

The only sensible thing in this case is a consultation with the banks – they can tell you if it will work! Such consultations are non-binding and completely free, but afterwards you know exactly what fits in your budget and how high your monthly burden is!

Does anyone really subject themselves to this jumble of words without punctuation, let alone any meaningful, meaningful structuring?

Well, that doesn't help me either, I thought someone else had also built a house of this type [in dieser kostenregion] and can tell me if I can roughly calculate like this. I'm a bit nervous as many impressions have come to us recently and I can't wait for the time until next Friday for our appointment at t u c. Best regards

So I think, quite certainly, that you can finance this. The rate of 500 euros is perhaps set a bit low, although I don't know if that is already your maximum limit or if it can go higher.
