I also looked for a new job so that we can build on our desired plot. Now I can gondola to work on foot (once the house is finally finished).
Then you really have to think about family planning. Maybe you also want to take parental leave and then a large chunk of salary will be lost.
So we are building with a budget provider. Unfortunately, we will exceed the 400k limit in terms of price. Our plot (almost 1000 sqm) cost us 123k and is therefore very cheap here in Marl.
Monthly we pay 1400€. Equity was a bit higher than yours.
Special for us: enormous cost point earthworks (around 25k)
