You work exactly "like that"? What is that supposed to tell me now? That the parts are made by Slovenian workers abroad and you don't do German quality work? What does manufacturing have to do with your work? Where is the advantage if, for example, you buy through you instead of going to the architect? It would be nice if you answered that sometime. Is it also part of your consultation to refer to websites?

How do you get to 30,000€? It would be nice if someone would write down the facts here instead of just throwing around numbers in general.

30,000€ is usually a flat sum for a single-family house that is probably quite accurate. You have to see what is all included: - Construction power (rental box, connection, electricity costs) - Construction water (connection, water costs) - sometimes construction toilet and construction fences (security) - Ground leveling - Construction road - general utility connections (these alone cost 12-13K€ for me for electricity/water and wastewater and rainwater infiltration, but only if I do everything on the property myself) - Carport/shed? - Driveway - Terrace - Fences - Painting work and floor coverings - Garden - Surveying - when buying land, also notary fees and property transfer tax and so on and so forth 30,000€ goes away so quickly
