I just take note that I have received a "Verwarnpunkt" for this response. What is the point of that and why did I receive it? Is one not allowed to express their opinion here?

Please express yourself, I don't want to attack anyone, but a little criticism/questioning of general statements should be allowed, right? The website you mentioned does not work.

So now I specifically visited your website.
So you sell houses and can provide independent advice here?
You yourself live in a custom-designed architect’s house? That is exactly the opposite of your "daily business."
If I buy a house from you, I pay all incurred costs plus your profit. So why should one turn to a prefabricated house company?
Thank you for your informative answer.

Yes

Yes

No, how do you come to that?

Well, I certainly hope so.

Well, because I have already built over 200 houses, and you?

You're very welcome.

Gladly, what specific question do you have?

If you want to build a custom-designed architect house, you don’t have an advantage with a "prefabricated house company," do you?
If you buy through you/prefabricated house company, you pay all incurred costs plus your profit. Why should one do that and not turn to an architect and get quotes from the individual craftsmen?
