Is that the reason why you have been so wonderfully self-righteous here for weeks? You can save your answer for me…. I just noticed that for several weeks here you have been mastering your task as a restorer like the only knowledgeable one ;) was more likeable in his responses. Ps: you do the 34c here on a Saturday at the VHS...

Nope, but I give answers to the question and don’t make them up like you do.

Regarding the topic of commission yes or no and whether you can avoid it, you unfortunately a) didn’t answer and b) what you wrote is also wrong.

That’s probably why you have no clue about the subject, because you only went to the VHS. Sorry, but if you can’t give a qualified answer, then you should just leave it be. You’re good at floor plans, unfortunately not at topics like this. I stay out of floor plans, you please stay out of topics you can’t comment on.

So if the private broker has concluded a written contract including a cancellation policy between the tenant and himself, then everything is lawful. Or does the broker also have to be in contact with the landlord somehow – obtain permission from him or incorporate the rental contract into the broker contract?

Funny ;) how is a broker supposed to offer an apartment if he is not "in contact" with the landlord (owner, administrator)?
The commission is paid for brokering an apartment, without a rental contract, no broker fee. Without permission from the landlord, no rental contract.
Please correct logical errors – thanks.

It's called a referral broker. It basically works. However, it is almost impossible to implement when renting, easier when buying.

To reliably earn money, he should a) be in contact with the landlord and b) of course, a contract must result from his active mediation (intermediary broker) and work.

learned something new again. Confirms my attitude towards brokers when such things are possible o_O
P.S. I also know a very nice broker regarding "exceptions ..."
