This has a floor area of approx. 50-60 m2. Our new house is to have a floor area of 140 m2 (it is to become a two-family house)
When I compare this with the pictures in , then there is not much left of
That already sounds slightly positive.
however: I estimate about 6.5 m width here and around 55 sqm floor area. 140 would be two and a half times that. I estimate the driveway at four and a half meters, so the new house could be widened by one and a half meters. Up to the ridge of the existing houses, I see the new house presumably required to have the same profile, i.e. with the old eaves height and roof pitch, in the current rear half at most with a flat roof not perceptible from the street side, and stretched in depth to a total of about 12.50 m. Altogether that would mean roughly 100 sqm floor area and among friends and with a blind eye turned, a total of 170 sqm living space. Just as a "ballpark figure" – I guess now you’d rather take an Underberg than a Dujardin.
