hello,

what is the max permissible eaves height for boundary-adjacent construction when the building (typically a garage) has a sloped/ inclined roof?
Is it the eaves height on the boundary side or the max height of the structure?

(here: criterion of the permissible building boundary depending on the eaves height)

What are the objection deadlines after construction?

I don't understand how one can ask such questions without calling in the expert to the thread.

To my knowledge - which does not have to be more correct than that of Comrade Schabowski - an average wall height of a maximum of three meters applies, as far as I recall in Berlin depending on a roof pitch below 45°, and depending on the federal state the reference height can be the original or the finished ground.

So you see: this is not a topic suitable for half-knowledge.

Hello,

I cannot legally substantiate it or support it with paragraphs either, but in our building application with a garage as a boundary development, the middle wall height is planned and approved to be less than or equal to 3.00 m above the natural ground in Northern Bavaria.

To me, only a reference to the natural ground really makes sense, because if the neighbor piles up the ground on the boundary side and then plans the garage on it, boundary developments beyond 3.00 m also result...

If you are asking about deadlines, it is probably about a boundary development being built higher than was approved?
Do you have the "damage" that the neighbor built too high or is your boundary development too high?
