The bathroom would be too cramped for me as well. Have you planned installation walls? That can add a few extra centimeters. The separated toilet makes everything feel even tighter. What is the idea behind that? I’m thinking more along the lines of “touching the door handle with unwashed hands because the sink is on the other side of the door.” Maybe also stuffy/stagnant and therefore not odor-free air in the toilet room.

Wow, thanks so much already for your answers. Incredible, I didn’t expect so many replies and ideas.

Before I sleep on it, I just wanted to throw in my very first plan for the room again. I had actually discarded it because the installer mentioned greater effort for one large and one small downpipe, although it should basically be feasible.

But hey, better once more effort than to be annoyed for the rest of your life.

Good point, by the way, about unwashed hands in the separated toilet. That’s what I thought of back then too, which is why I planned the small washbasin

You should clarify whether this 12th pipe actually needs to be executed in 100 or maybe can disappear into the wall. I still believe that you can plan a really spacious and beautiful bathroom out of 10.64 sqm, but with the W-solution a room full of compromises is created. The door to the WC just barely opens. Please imagine or check at home how you enter there and then close the door behind you. You have to watch your belly and knees, it almost collides with the toilet bowl. You could install a space-saving door but even that is a compromise. The offset for the towel warmer is also cramped and looks unattractive; moreover, the water will run out at the front, unless you remodel everything with glass, but then you would have the glass corner at the front... Please don’t misunderstand me, I’m by no means trying to badmouth your bathroom but there is simply too much in it; even a TV, as I see. I can’t imagine how all this can look stylish together. Besides, you then have 3 washbasins in the bathroom! A room within a room usually feels like an emergency solution and that will be the case here. Also terribly tight, because the dimensions of the WC room are anything but comfortable.

So I’ve been playing around a bit with the bathroom planner. It will always just be a compromise with the fully separated toilet. Then I would rather choose the "Badalternative" option.

A separate toilet is simply not feasible here. Whether that suits the dear partner or not. Furthermore, really think about whether you want to sit on the bowl in a dark, windowless tiny cell (I don’t!), where the air will still be stagnant despite the exhaust. Speaking of exhaust: you have certainly planned for that, right? And where does the bad air go? Do you have a controlled residential ventilation system where it is fed into, or does the ventilation pipe run through the bathroom to the outside? How is that planned?

Persuade the dear half to accept the privacy wall at the toilet, that must be enough. It can be a bit higher (but I still wouldn’t want to have to sit in a hole).

I simply can’t want more than what the qms provide. I would have had a few extra wishes, but it just doesn’t work. Roast beef doesn’t work when only pork is available.

And I also don't consider a bathtub in front of a floor-to-ceiling window to be a fortunate solution. Have you ever thought about a corner bathtub? They have a leg length of about 150 cm. We had also considered this 2-person bathtub that you marked. Please try it out in a bathroom showroom (i.e., lie in it), it is totally uncomfortable. Still too small for two people, somehow awkward alone.
