Hi everyone,

I’m also posting the floor plans and exterior views here again. This way you can better see where the rooms are located.

The bathroom is only an example here, as it was quickly planned in back then just to have something included ;-)

Or like this

Good zoning.
Whoever is sitting on the toilet can look out the window. A line with the bathtub.
WalkIn-WalkOut shower: has the advantage of airiness, but also daylight.

Had other beginnings, but none of them were liked.

Wall between toilet and bathtub only about 140 high, I would make the shower partition for WIWO only about 2.20 or so

Thank you for your ideas, they are quite different approaches. Somehow, we always ended up with almost the same thing, even when we experimented. We have probably been thinking about it for too long :-).

However, the WIWO shower would now be even closer to the window, making it easier to be seen through the window than before. Of course, the window can also be covered while showering.

We have already considered a shower facing the door. I was only concerned that water might run toward the door. But with a depth of, for example, 1.60m, that should no longer be the case, right?

WIWO shower: I see it now too... I missed the upper window :( ... I thought that you could just use the other exit. You have to check how high the windows would be: what can you see when you look from the street up from below? Probably not much at all! The railing was not yet known yesterday.

For the shower depth facing the door, I planned 2 meters: nothing will happen then... we have that as well. And such a small bath mat like in hotels is usually always temporarily there. If necessary, just slide the door a bit further.

But I would consider chand's suggestion, then the office would have that nice window :)

I can't tell you the exact parapet height right now; I would have to ask again. But I think you won't see that much because the windows are definitely a bit higher than a normal window. So I think it shouldn't be too bad.

Ok, great. 2m should really be more than enough. We've always had a bath mat lying around ;-).

The office won't be used very often. So the window there would almost be a bit of a waste. Unfortunately, it doesn't make the layout in the bathroom any easier, but rather the opposite ;-)
