Hello, we are planning a bathroom for 4 people.

But I don't like it yet. When I enter, I immediately see who is showering and it doesn't feel cozy. How would you design it? Washing machine and dryer also need to fit in.

I would turn the shower, then install a frosted glass wall. Washing machine and dryer side by side with a countertop on top.

How does the energy consultant manage with all the many huge windows?

How is the neighborhood? There are a lot of nice views into the apartment.

I would do the whole thing differently. Some may see advantages in a separate WC, but since there is very likely one on the ground floor, and this is a house for a family with a maximum of 4 people, you can do without the separate room. This has the advantage that you can quickly go to the toilet before bathing or showering without having to cross the hallway. Otherwise, the privacy protection that you want to achieve would be completely lost. Small separate rooms are quite impractical when caring for young children or even yourself.
The door should be positioned so that you can operate the washing machine without getting hit in the back by the door.

So either like this or like that:

Are we not worthy of an answer?

... I keep wondering with what dedication some answers come here, even though OPs like don’t even bother with measurements, window heights, and the like for their floor plan requests, let alone respond to inquiries, comment on suggestions, or anything else. ... but the thread fits that perfectly as well

Next time I will look at everyone's agenda! These disrespectful users have been taking over too much lately, not only in this forum. Then nothing will come from me anymore.
