The extension of the shower wall is actually only interesting if it reaches about 180 and you could do without the glass door :) I would not find an exchange good: on the one hand, I personally think it's good if the "Entspannungsoase Klo" is not located at the door, on the other hand, you have the possibility to look outside while sitting. I also find a window impractical where I move in front of it when leaving the shower, so that I am visible from outside.

The bathroom window will have frosted glass anyway (since it is at ground level). What do you think the partition wall would need to be in width to have a built-in shelf for shampoo etc. on the shower side and a shelf for toilet paper etc. on the toilet side? On the current plan, the wall is 15 cm wide.

Well, I guess you need about 15cm to properly fit a roll of toilet paper (it has roughly that diameter). So you definitely need more space on the toilet side. I assume the compartment for shampoo would then be located above the toilet compartment, so no extra thicker wall is needed there because 15cm should be more than enough for shampoo. I don't know how much extra you should add to the toilet compartment to keep the wall stable, but it definitely needs 5cm more.

If you take the mentioned built-in cupboard on the toilet side, its depth plus 10cm wall, you will certainly have at least 15cm of shelf space. However, you can also vary the depth - 15 is enough for the shower, 25? on the toilet side? -> then it would be 35cm thick

why does it have to be a toilet niche plus a shampoo niche? the niche for toilet paper can be at the very bottom (about up to 1.2m) and the one for shampoo at chest height (about from 1.3m). then the two niches don’t overlap, so you only have to consider the thickest point of one niche. or am i wrong, or does that not work?

No-Yes :) ... look here

Take the depth of the built-in cabinet (toilet) or just 25 cm (as desired). Then 10 cm wall behind it... no more. The shelf for the shower results above that. ;)
