Bathroom door is scraping - How to adjust it?

Hello, every summer the bathroom door scrapes at the bottom again. Can you give me a tip on where I need to adjust? The door opens, the middle part scrapes, then it opens completely. It only happens in summer and only in the bathroom.

The top cover at the hinge can certainly be unscrewed. You do that. Underneath is an Allen screw which lifts the hinge. You turn it there. The door lifts a bit. Put the cover back on, done
