I understand everything. I just lack reference points if I am supposed to improve the solutions.

Yes, that's correct, information is missing for a third way. However, I assume that a change in the layout was not meant by the third way. The general rules are clear, though. Based on the drawing, one can also say that not so many direction changes are necessary after all? 2-3 up to the shaft? That's normal...

Option 2 is absolutely not recommended. Even I, as a layperson/property owner, have made sure that every wastewater pipe is built as close as possible to the exterior wall and leads directly outside. I have already seen too many clogged pipes or consequential damage when trying to access the pipes. To me, this is shoddy work!

Hello,

regardless of the process, which I have no idea about, I would like to pass on the advice from the civil engineer I trust:
At least everything that goes into the floor slab should be made with KG 2000 pipes.
These are supposedly more robust and smoother than normal KG pipes.

Best regards
Mathias

Variant 3

I would lay water and wastewater in one trench. The roof drainage should also still be planned somewhere.
