Basement waterproofing against rising seepage water

we are planning our new house and it will have a basement. According to the soil report, we need to have "im erdbedeckten Bereich Dickbeschichtung gegen aufstauendes Sickerwasser" applied. What exactly does this mean, and approximately how much additional cost should we expect? This is not yet included in the basement quote. The exterior dimensions are about 8x10m, the basement will be about 1.5m underground, the rest above ground.

What exactly does that mean, or roughly how much additional cost should be expected? This is not yet included in the offer for the basement. The external dimensions are about 8x10m, the basement will be about 1.5m underground, the rest above ground.

You probably mean "earth-contacting" structural parts.

It must be prevented that seepage water penetrates the basement exterior walls or the joints. Actually, the soil report should also contain a note regarding the building waterproofing. What does the soil surveyor recommend? Which load case is to be applied? Possibly drainage is sufficient?
