Yep. But the question of course is what you get for that. An unplastered concrete shell, I would say.

The 700 euros per m² I mentioned already include insulation and screed, but only 220 cm high. I think you would probably charge a bit more for that.

What did you pay per m² for your basement?

I only received an offer last week for a house with: a basement as a white tank, about 100 sqm of living space. About 40 sqm of that built out with screed and underfloor heating, without flooring and painting. Costs about 78k just for the basement, basically calculated as own contribution.

Or from Südwest basement 47k, but I don't know exactly what was included there. Probably just a bare concrete basement.

Then the offer seems to be within limits after all. However, that does not exactly speak well for the line-ups found on the internet.
