Base plate, foundations, earthworks - offer ok?

We paid around €35,000 for earthworks and the slab for approximately 100 sqm house insulated (glass gravel at the bottom, Styrodur on the sides), 18 sqm garage and 18 sqm conservatory insulated (Styrodur). Slight hillside location, no basement.

We currently have an offer for approximately 30,000 euros for the foundation slab and earthworks for about 80 sqm. Prefabricated house in timber frame construction and in NRW.
