Bafa innovation support heat pump with GÜ

Hello,

my heating system was completed yesterday and the heating program has been started.
With my air-water heat pump, I achieve an annual performance factor of 4.5 and therefore submitted an application for innovation funding (before the project began) to BAFA and received a positive response.

You then have to submit the remaining documents at the latest 9 months later, among other things it says:
"detailed invoice in the name of the applicant".

For the first application, it was only an offer, which the heating installer (subcontractor of the general contractor) made a copy of for me.
But he can't issue me an invoice, the general contractor receives it!

And from him, I don't get a detailed invoice, only a request for an interim payment...

How have you solved this?

In case of doubt, I would call the Bafa... last year they were still very helpful... this year I think they have opened a call center and are at least still somewhat helpful. I believe they want the [Bauleistungsbeschreibung] in this case - but it is also mentioned again on the second form that you receive. Don't forget the commissioning of the [Qualitätscheck Wärmepumpe] for one year later (very strange, but this must be shown on the invoice or commissioned separately).
