I hesitated and only now awarded the contract - price increase 6% - acceptable. Can I then submit the 6% more expensive invoice without problems? Is only the original amount funded, or the new amount with 6% more costs?

best regards

At most, the amount you stated in the application will be funded. I believe you can still change this amount up to 4 weeks after submitting the application, but after that, it’s over. Therefore, it makes sense to always utilize the maximum amount or at least plan a proper buffer.

As far as I know, it is somehow possible to change it within 4 weeks after the first notification (I think that’s what it said in ours, no guarantee!). But that’s exactly why you always apply for more, so to speak in advance. You generously round up all offers and then apply for that. Going down is always possible, going up rather difficult. We definitely rounded up a total of 8000 EUR so that we don’t end up empty-handed later.

So I have sent my confirmation - does anyone know how fast the BAFA pays?

I am curious about that too. The measure is completed, the proof of use has been submitted since last week…

I have been waiting for my money for 14 weeks now. Proof of use uploaded on March 20. Luckily, I wasn't counting on the money... If it comes, I'll have a nice buffer for repairs or make an extra repayment.
