Hello, We decided against Aurea Massivhaus. The reasons were varied, though not necessarily tangible. The gut feeling was just not good with Aurea Massivhaus, putting the project into the hands of such a young company. We decided on Klinker Haus from Bernau. It is a small company (still significantly larger than Aurea), which has been established in the market for years. For us, it was basically the perfect middle ground between "small and direct" and "big player where you are just one of many." So far, we are also very happy; the inspector had no complaints. The handover is planned for July.

What do you mean by which model? Because of the solid walls on the upper floor? It is a city villa (156m2) + garage, if that was the question? And the walls on the upper floor are also masonry.
