I have been the only owner of the property, it was purchased cash a few years ago while I lived in Germany, where I've met my husband. For approximately one year, I've moved definitively abroad (London, United Kingdom), because my husband died in an unfortunate car accident. I am planning to start a new life here, to buy a new home etc.
Regarding the property in Germany, an international real estate agency will manage the whole purchase agreement process of it, I have already signed an exclusivity contract with them. All the documents (in original) are in their custody along with the keys of the property.
The commission of the agency is entirely paid by me and you will only pay for the notary documents, in case you agree on purchasing the property (after visiting it, of course).
The property can be reserved in your name for a private visit, an international agent will conduct the viewing, he will have all the documents in original, so you can check it before taking a decision.
