Hello,
finally I am also in possession of a lot of Pax parts. There were also few problems with the assembly.
But I do have one question: How do I attach a 200/100/60 cabinet (hinged doors are to be installed later) to the wall?
The problem is that the cabinet has a 6 cm gap to the wall because of beautiful old building baseboards. Cutting out recesses for the baseboards on the cabinet is unfavorable because the baseboards are about 20 cm high. I would have to cut away too much from the side panels. I also cannot remove the baseboards as there are already shelves in front of about 3 m of them. I’m also not really keen on remodeling half the apartment just because I want to assemble a cabinet now.
Additionally, the floor is very uneven. This means it slopes down from the wall into the room by quite a bit, so the cabinet practically only stands on its two front feet. That doesn’t inspire much confidence in me, so I would like to attach it to the wall.
How did you do it? Does anyone have an idea?
