Atlant Siphon - urgent help requested!

Hello dear Ikea fans,

I have a problem and urgently ask for help. I have posted a picture under the link below showing the positioning of our Atlant siphons. According to the Ikea installation manual, the water level must not be directly below the drain.

The water drains very slowly, or we have backflow from the dishwasher. Can this installation work, or is the drain maybe just clogged? Or is this setup doomed to fail completely?

How can I solve the problem? Is there perhaps someone for whom an installation with the same conditions works?

basically just turn the entire siphon forward. So, to put it simply from a top view, turn the odor trap from 11 o'clock back to 7-6 o'clock. Then at least the drain pipe will lie straight and no longer in a "curve" and should hopefully work. That the drain is higher than the siphon can still be a problem, although I think even standard drains would have the same issue. It looks like the drain is in an OSB wall, couldn't it be set deeper then? First try turning the thing and please let me know again.

Hello would definitely set the connection lower as it definitely improves the drainage.

You are funny. Lowering the connection... Who can do that without breaking through the wall? Or did I misunderstand something?
