House design
Who designed it: Me (don’t hit me!!)
What do you like especially? Why? Living on one level (upper floor).
What do you not like? Why? Routes from living area to the garden.
Price estimate according to architect/planner: ?
Personal price limit for the house, including fittings: 300,000
Preferred heating technology: Gas condensing boiler and solar thermal on the roof, underfloor heating, (water-bearing) wood stove

If you have to do without, which details/extensions can you live without: difficult

Why is the design as it is now? For example
Whim out of boredom, professional advice has not yet taken place.

What is the most important/basic question about the floor plan summarized in 130 characters?
Which obvious things have I completely or insufficiently considered due to lack of expertise?

Additionally: Can I even “bury” the house so that I can access the upper part of the garden from the upper floor or does the slope not allow this (--> see
“[Bebauungsplan.jpg]”).

The blue line in the 3D views is supposed to be the building boundaries.

I am looking for the entrance! The stairs are also not understandable!

The entrance is the gray door under the balcony. The staircase is admittedly half-assed. That’s all the free program I’m currently using to unleash my ramblings allows.

House price does not match the concept. Instead of 300,000, you will more likely be around 500,000. The house is very large.

Price not achievable even with timber frame construction? Possibly feasible through own labor? Which?

I understand the staircase – but the brain from which the freewheeling ideas originate clearly does not understand it. And my brain wonders why one uses a 3D planning tool if one still does not recognize the fundamental non-functionality of the staircase. The fact that it opens into the living room becomes almost a minor issue.

What is supposed to be practiced in reality?

Going through the warehouse to get to the workshop seems backwards to me.

As a painted wishlist for Katja, the planning may be suitable; the rooms will mostly still function in a budget-appropriate reduction ;-)
