A cushion of 60-100k (pain threshold) is available.

Are there any builders who have recently built without a fixed price and can share experience regarding price increases? How much more expensive did the construction become due to rising material costs?

I can hardly tell you the additional cost for our house. However, our planning office only said, "before Corona, you would certainly have paid 120k less for everything." Currently, we are at 3,000 euros per sqm, thanks to the KFW 55EE subsidy it is just under 2,750 euros/sqm including the basement due to the south-facing slope location.

I can easily imagine that before Corona. I would be interested to know what specific extra costs were incurred in the last year. Material prices have increased significantly since March.

So these are all H2/2021 prices. We have also tendered every trade.

Is it a fixed price with you as well and also in BW?

A fixed price was agreed upon for the shell construction. Not BW, Bavaria
