Currently, we are at 3,000 euros per sqm, thanks to the KFW 55EE subsidy it is just under 2,750 euros/sqm including the basement due to the south-facing slope location.

I can easily imagine that before Corona. I would be interested to know what specific extra costs were incurred in the last year. Material prices have increased significantly since March.
