Are the costs for the fuse box justified?

the distribution board at my place needs to be replaced.
The supply lines are being installed by an acquaintance of mine. The dedicated electrician is therefore basically only taking care of the fuse box.
The electrician made me the following offer:

Frame equipped with:
- 3 pcs. FI residual current circuit breakers 40 A/0.03 A
- 1 pc. FI residual current circuit breaker 25 A/0.03 A
- 40 pcs. circuit breakers 16 A
- 1 pc. load monitoring relay
- 2 pcs. terminal blocks
- 4 pcs. N-terminal blocks
- 1 pc. Linocour switch
complete with wiring material

for the price of €1,275 (net)

He told me that this exactly corresponds to his purchase price and I only have to pay the labor cost (€38 per hour), estimated for 2-3 days.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the prices for this. Is the offer fair?

Is his labor already included in the price? Will your existing wardrobe be used or will a new one also be provided?

No, his labor cost is not included in that price. That is the price for the new cabinet + all the circuit breakers etc. And his statement was that he passes the material price on to me 1 to 1. €1,275 (net) €1,517 (gross)

The old cabinet is completely removed. And I pay separately for the labor.

So with a new wardrobe. Then the price is okay, if not even very good.

I also find the hourly wage absolutely fair.
