Are the ancillary construction costs of the building provider realistic?

: That is quite correct. We were on the property together with the civil engineer and discussed the possibilities. At the end of our property, there is a forest (which also belongs to us) that is higher than our property. This elevation difference slopes quite gently. However, we want to create a steeper incline from it in order to obtain a kind of plateau.

Thank you very much for the answers. Yes, the neighboring houses all have basements, so underpinning should not be necessary (according to the architects). The different house heights have also been taken into account; a detached house was planned and offered, where the house is simply moved closer. The plastering work theoretically does not apply, but these costs are again offset by sealing, etc. Therefore, the price calculation is based on a detached single-family house.

The whole thing doesn't sound particularly complicated or costly. Do you mistrust your contractor? If they say, with xyz we'll make it, that's true.

I am currently very skeptical and overly cautious when it comes to house construction. Here, I prefer to plan a little too much time and money.
Thank you very much.
With that, all my questions are answered!

I’ll continue here with Telekom and their house connection. Yes, I filled out their forms today, which is quite simple. They want 800. Offer 400 discount for new customers who sign a 24-month Magenta Zuhause contract upon ordering. For the connection inside. Now the form also allows standard outside as an option. They don’t like it, but it exists. You can choose. So I called them. Builder service. How much does outside cost? Because that is not in the form. Answer, I was shocked, outside is free. Zero nada nothing. If the house is reachable within 15 meters. Which is usually the case. So I chose outside. Now the question. Who of you has already done this? What does outside look like concretely?

Nightingale, I hear you coming... Did you ask very specifically where the difference between "outside" and "inside" is?
