Are the ancillary construction costs of the building provider realistic?

So, what’s up? It’s in the form. outside means this APL goes on the outside wall, 1.5 m high, inside means inside. I’m imagining, inside they put it next to the box, outside they drill through and fix it inside over the baseboard. That’s how it is in old houses too. But it works. So specifically, I didn’t ask, the consultant only said outside is free, but outdated, and then they would take the shortest route from street to house. Wishful thinking is not an option. Wherever the box is, that’s where it is. Only that would be harmless for us. The shortest way goes to the utility room, where the box is, and if it’s ugly, I put the trash bin in front of it. Then it’s gone.
