Splash protection is a must, otherwise your facade will get filthy.
Podest and driveway, and not carrying all the mud into the house forever.
Terrace as well, without it you'll be unhappy in a single-family house. Really.
Leveling the ground and putting lawn on it is, in my opinion, also the minimum and is done before all the paving work, so you can still easily get to it with equipment.

What do you want to say with the quotes + the smiley?

I think she probably means that this also works with Euro pallets.

We don't need an entrance podium. Therefore, the statement 1,500 euros is unnecessary.

Yes, exactly. That's probably what she meant. I don't understand why some people only reply to provoke, but that probably just has to do with their character.

Definitely. How do you already know that you won't need an entrance platform? The entrance platform is one of the few things you only know whether you need once the house is already built and the yard is being done, you don't know that beforehand! Neither the planner, nor a general contractor, and certainly not a client in the planning phase knows that in advance. In our case, it was only decided when paving the driveway whether a platform was necessary or not. That's how it is for almost everyone.
