Hello,
The following situation is currently given:
We have an architect who only does phases 1-4 for a fixed price.
Since building with a GÜ is somehow too inflexible or cost-suboptimal regarding own contributions, I tend rather to commission an architect who should then do phases 5-9.
Now I have often heard that architects do not like to do that because they basically have to build someone else’s house and not their own planning.
How do you see that?
Has anyone had experience with this before?
Regards
Steffen
