Hello everyone,
my architect was not commissioned to take care of offers for, for example, geologist, energy consultant, etc. We contact the experts ourselves and also commission them ourselves. Now my architect is asking me about the offers, the fees, and costs of the reports.
Is it the task of an architect to take care of a comprehensive cost overview (including incidental construction costs)?
Until now, I have been of the opinion that I take care of this myself, which has also been the case so far, or can/must I have the architect handle this?
Thank you for your help!
