Yes, what you get is very limited and you have to take care of a lot yourself. The result will be run-of-the-mill. Typical consequences are that there are problems and additional costs in the construction execution, etc. It doesn't have to be that way, but one should be prepared for it.

The offer is very good. There are many users here for whom everything has to be very expensive for it to work out, you just must not take them seriously!

I'll translate: that is a bargain price.
Some say: something has to be very expensive first to appreciate its value.

It is assumed that the lady cannot charge a higher price because otherwise she wouldn’t get any offers.
I would commission her after checking positive references. In addition, I would expect to have to put another €2000 or so on the table if I anticipate more plan changes.

Is she an architect on parental leave? Or working from home on the side? Then that would explain something.

We had a total of 10 drafts (Keller mit Einlieger, EG, DG, Garage + Carport) and paid approximately 9k in total.

Exactly, who doesn't know the famous sayings: buy cheap, buy twice, or what costs nothing is worth little. No one says it has to be bad. But those who buy something cheap without questioning it quickly fall on their face, and then blame others.

Don’t you have to question the services that are paid for expensively, or does that not apply because expensive must be good?
