Architect costs? What did you pay? What price is normal?

phew, unfortunately I cannot answer that for you at the moment.... but good questions that I can still ask the architect before we accept or decline the offer.

There is theoretically a lot in it - but at that price, you should not expect anything. According to the fee schedule, one could charge about 50 to 80k€ for what is offered (or what theoretically belongs to it). You can then compare that to the 8000€ and ask yourself if you can live with it.

... probably that according to HOAI it should at least be "below list price." Unless, of course, that only applies to the preliminary drafts (= Leistungsphase 1-2).
